When you use Google sites, applications and services, some of your activities are saved to your Google account. You can find and delete this activity in my activity, and you can stop saving most activities at any time.

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, go to myactivity.google.com.
  2. Above your activity, tap Delete.
  3. Tap All time.
  4. Tap Next and then Delete.

Delete individual activity items


For example, this might include a search you did on www.google.com or a website you visited on Chrome:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, go to myactivity google.com.
  2. Scroll down to your activity.
  3. Find the item you want to delete.
  4. You can find an item by the method:
  5. Browse by day.
  6. Find or use filters.
  7. On the item you want to delete, click Delete.
  8. Delete Activity By date or product


Delete your activity automatically


You can automatically delete some of the activity in your Google Account.

On your Android phone or tablet,

  1. open Settings app and then Google and then Manage your Google Account.
  2. At the top, tap Data & personalization.
  3. Under Activity controls, tap Manage your activity controls.
  4. Below Web & App Activity, YouTube History, or Location History, tap Auto-delete.
  5. Tap the option for how long you want to keep your activity and Next and Confirm to save your choice.

Delete activity in other places


Your activity may be saved in places other than my activity. If you have done the geolocation log, save this activity in the timeline of Google Maps instead. You can delete most of your saved activities in those places.
